2. CELL PHONES ARE 10 TIMES DIRTIER THAN A TOILET SEAT
Cell phones have changed our lifestyle. Cell phones, cell towers and the ever increasing amount of electromagnetic frequencies impact our health in ways which we still ignore and do not fully understand. Until we know for sure how safe, or unsafe, cell phones and the cell towers that power them are, we need to respect that they could present some health risks.
“Because people are always carrying their cell phones even in situations where they would normally wash their hands before doing anything, cell phones do tend to get pretty gross,” says Emily Martin, assistant professor of epidemiology at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Research has shown how many germs are crawling on the average cell phone all the time, but a recent study found more than 17,000 bacterial gene copies on the phones of high school students. Some of the Scientists at the University of Arizona just found that cell phones carry 10 times more bacteria than most toilet seats. Uhhh…
Microbes that cover our human skin don’t usually have any negative health consequences. Every time you check a text or send an email, that natural bacteria, plus the oils on your hands, get passed on to our phone. Most of the organisms found on our phones are not pathogens that will make us sick, Martin says. Staphylococcus might be present. So next time you hold your phone before eating something, you will go wash your hands first.
It’s a common practice of using packed food without noticing chemicals that leach Into Your Food. One would prefer packed food Styrofoam would make a great cup for holding a warm beverage if it were not the chemicals in the Styrofoam but remember CD Cases, food service products, and luggage, chemical might be there. There is concern the components of Styrofoam may be carcinogens. Upon testing all human subjects, one chemical, styrene, is found in nearly every case. Keep styrofoam packaging out of your home. A better option would be to use your own coffee mug.

Many people take medicine frequency to make themselves feel better. In fact, It’s not medicine but perception that it will heal us. It is no surprise that doctors prefer to prescribe medicine instead of having their patients choose a more homeopathic method to heal their wounds. For doctors, it’s easier and may be more lucrative if they receive compensation from a drug company.
Unfortunately many patients are addicted to the painkillers prescribed by their doctors. Further, prolonged use of narcotics, such as codeine that can change the brain chemistry of users. In some cases, these changes may be irreversible and may cause the onset of dementia.

Water is vaccinate with chlorine chemicals to kill harmful bacteria. The method is used by almost every household and even public facility that houses a swimming pool. However, recent studies have revealed that the chemical Chlorine is itself a public health risk so better to avoid.
Many cases have been reported, including severe ones, where people met with diseases and infections from the exposure to chlorinated water in swimming pools. Excessive use can cause strain on the heart, and body temperature is not maintained well. Even Michael helps trained in a pool for only reason to get ready for the Olympics. But none of us thought our doctor would say that working out was bad.
7. STOP DRINKING WATER WHILE STANDING
GIT DAMAGE: When we drink water while standing, it directly flows down the gut and hits the lower end of our stomach wall. This damages the stomach wall and whole GIT. If practiced for a long time, our GIT can become elastic leading to the dysfunction of the digestive tract.
KIDNEY DAMAGE: Medical science states that intake of water while standing decreases its filtration from the kidneys. It may lead to accumulation of unwanted materials in the kidneys, bladder or blood which definitely increases the risk of many diseases associated with kidney and bladder.
ARTHRITIS: Studies show that drinking water while standing disturbs the balance of other body and leads accumulation of excess joint fluid in the joint spaces. Clinically, this condition is characterized by joint pain, known as arthritis.
NERVE TENSION: While standing, the sympathetic system of our body is activated. It is also known as ‘fight and flight system’ of the body. This system helps proper working to retain all the muscles and to maintain balance of the body. Where as while sitting, our body is relaxed, leads to the activation of the parasympathetic system, “rest and digest system” of the body. This system calms the nerves and helps preparing the digestive system for the incoming water or food.
